Frequently Asked Questions
About Therapy
What is therapy like at MyFlow?

Our sessions are collaborative and safe spaces where you can feel heard and understood without judgment. You are allowed to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, guided by evidence-based clinical practices.
Who does the Centre work with?
We support a diverse range of clients, including children, teenagers, adults, and elderlies. Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to the individual's developmental stage and psychological needs.
How strictly is confidentiality maintained?
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information and session records are handled confidentially in accordance with professional ethical guidelines, ensuring a safe environment where you can speak openly without hesitation.
What can I expect in the first session?
Your initial consultation is an opportunity to share your experiences, current concerns and goals. Your psychologist will get to know you, understand your needs, and discuss possible goals for therapy.
What if I feel nervous or don't know what to say?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have the right words or know what to say. Your psychologist will gently guide the conversation and help you feel more comfortable at your own pace.
Booking & Fees

How long is each therapy session?
Standard psychological therapy sessions last 60 minutes. This allows significant time for clinical consultation, exploration of your thoughts and emotions, followed by a gentle wrap-up to explain your current condition with recommendations before the end of the session.
What are the professional fees?
Fees vary depending on the specialist's seniority and expertise. Transparency is important to us, so we provide a clear fee structure when you first inquire through WhatsApp, ensuring you are fully informed from the start.
Do you offer online or in-person sessions?
We offer both options to suit your comfort and lifestyle. You can choose a secure video consultation for convenience or visit our centre in Iskandar Puteri for an in-person session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We respect our clinicians' time and our clients' commitment. We require at least 42 hours' notice upon reminders for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the space to others who may be waiting for care.
How do I book my first appointment?
Taking the first step is simple and confidential. You can book by messaging our clinical team directly via WhatsApp or by using the contact form found on our website. We will guide you through the next steps.
